**Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) is our religious education program based on the Montessori method, in grades pre-K through 3rd grade. Weekly, children visit the Atrium—a peaceful prayer space prepared in our school building—where we encounter God's love through the person of Jesus Christ, the Good Shepherd. By using handmade materials that model the life of Jesus, His Church and sacraments, and scripture, children discover the mystery of God in tangible, concrete ways. Look for regular updates in this section of our newsletter, "Atrium Happenings".
