Welcome Volunteers!

Family Service Hours

The success of a Saint Anthony education is greatly increased by parent participation and works in service of our mission statement: helping our students life their faith through stewardship. The success of many of our special activities, events and St. Anthony culture is directly attributable to you and your ideas and energy.

With a great need of that participation, each family is now required to serve 10 Family Service Hours during the school year. We know each family's circumstances are unique, so there are lots of flexible ways to participate. Get started by using the buttons below to sign up for Eventlink, customize your calendar to view volunteer opportunities and enroll for each volunteer opportunity.

Do you have specific ideas on how you can provide your Family Service Hours but don't see it on the calendar? Please contact the school administration office to discuss potential.

Although it is always preferable that families complete the required Family Service Hours, we recognize that sometimes this is not possible. Hardships need to be discussed with administration and will be addressed on an individual basis. If you are unable to complete any of the 10 hours by the end of the school year, you will be invoiced $10 for each uncompleted hour.

Safe Environment Certification Requirements
Please note that some volunteer opportunities will require completed Safe Environment, including the newly added background check. Those opportunities include any volunteer working directly with students both on an off campus. Every opportunity listed on the calendar will specify if it is required or not. We encourage every volunteer to check in with our Business Manager, Nancy Sacha a few weeks before their assigned event to check the status of their Safe Environment Certification. If you still need to complete the background check, it can take up to 3 weeks to be accepted by the diocese and will result in missing volunteer opportunities if it is still incomplete by the date of your event. If you're completely new to the Safe Environment Certification process, please fill out the application below and submit with a scan of your photo ID to [email protected] to initiate the process
