Pickup and Drop off Procedures

Your child's safety is our top priority, and we are striving to be efficient with everyone’s time. Please review the carline instructions and call us if you have any questions. 

Carline Instructions

Morning Drop-Off

Students may be dropped off starting at 7:40am. Staff will be there to help direct students. Parents will not be able to walk children into the building. 

Students must arrive by 8:00am

Any student who arrives after 8:00am will be marked tardy and parents should complete an Absent/Tardy Form online. Please see page 18 in the Parent-Student Handbook for our late policy. 

Afternoon Pickup

For pick-up, please make sure to have your name sheet visible on your dashboard. If you did not receive one from the school, let us know. You can also just write your last name on a sheet of paper (legible and visible from the outside of the vehicle) with a marker. This really helps speed up the line.

Students must be picked up by 3:15pm

Remember, students must be picked up by 3:15pm. Any student not picked up after that time will report to After School Care and you will incur a fee of $1 per minute, if not registered for ASC.  

Pickup Authorization

If someone other than the custodial parent is authorized to pick up a student, please submit that information on the Pickup Authorization Form.
