We would love to learn a little about you and your family in advance of one of our new family events. This lets us prepare to greet you better. Please pre-register for one of these events using the link below:
We will begin accepting enrollment applications for new students for the 2026-27 school year at our school's Open House on February 1.Enrollment applications (one for each child) are submitted online, along with the student’s birth certificate and Baptismal certificate (if applicable). Note: The link to the online enrollment application will be provided in the information packet received at Open House or at a Family Information Night.
Step 3: Application Fee Payment
Payment of the $250 application fee is required before applications will be processed and/or reviewed for acceptance. Payment will be made through a FACTS Payment Plan account. Families who by February 6 will receive $50 off of their application fee.
Step 4: Academic Records Submission
To enable us to receive your child's academic records for review, a Pre-Enrollment Referral Form must be submitted to your child’s current school office (if applicable).
Step 5: Academic Screening & Records Review
Academic screening for grades K-8 may be requested and administered if prior testing scores are unavailable or do not reflect a student’s current skill set.
Application materials, academic records, and test scores will be reviewed to ensure that we understand the needs of your family. At any point, we may request a conversation or meeting with the student and parents to review or discuss questions about the application. This is particularly important with junior high students.pla
Step 6: Notice of Enrollment Determination
After a records review, you will receive a formal enrollment determination. If applicable, next steps for enrollment, including scholarship information and additional documentation needed, will also be communicated.
Upon enrollment acceptance, please contact child’s previous school to withdraw your child, so that we may request complete official records.
