Mrs. Angie Wisniewski is a native to the South Bend/Mishawaka area and attended schools within the diocese all the way through high school. She is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. After graduation, she worked in the children’s department of the Mishawaka Public Libraries, providing activities for children of all ages. She worked as a classroom teacher, teaching Jr. High mathematics at St. Thomas the Apostle in Elkhart and then John Young Middle School in Mishawaka for five years before joining the staff at St. Anthony in 2019.
Angie is currently enrolled in the Program for Inclusive Education through the ACE program at the University of Notre Dame and is excited to put the knowledge she is gaining to use in helping provide interventions to our students this upcoming school year.
She and her husband, Joe, are parishioners. They have a daughter who attends St. Anthony and a future panther (son) at home. In her free time Angie enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family and reading.
